Topanki sells Ukrainian-made women's shoes on a dropshipping model. The assortment and prices live on the supplier's side — the store is built so that the catalog updates itself and the owner doesn't edit product cards by hand.
In dropshipping, the catalog isn't yours. The supplier adds models, changes prices and sells off sizes — and all of it has to appear on the site before a customer places an order for something that's already gone.
So the main work wasn't in the storefront but behind it: syncing with the supplier's price list every 15 minutes and automatic delivery and payment processing. The owner keeps control instead of routine.
What was needed
A dropshipping store for women's shoes: the assortment and stock levels change on the supplier's side every day.
